  • Is there a fee to work with Live Travel?  We value your time and investment in your travel.  We spend many hours designing and collaborating with our networks and suppliers to create a trip that is tailored to your needs and values.  A 30-min complimentary consultation is provided.  A fee may be applied for our expertise and time.  During an uncertain time such as a pandemic, your safety net could be your travel advisor.  Providing you ease in the planning process and peace of mind knowing that your travel will be well cared for is most important to us.  We look forward to working with you on vacations that you have long dreamt of going.

  • What services are included in the fee?  We provide concierge all-inclusive travel services from air and hotel bookings to excursions and dining reservations as well as assistance with travel insurance and claims and anything in between.  Communication is prompt and available during late hours.  We will work with you until we achieve an itinerary to your satisfaction.  We will be with you for the entirety of your journey to care for any situations that might arise before, during, and after the travel.‚Äč
  • What if I am interested in only hotels or flights?  We have personal connections with partners worldwide including but not limited to Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.  We are happy to assist you in booking business and first-class flights.
  • How long will it take to customize an itinerary?  Every journey is unique and tailored to your travel needs.  The time it takes depends on the complexity of the trip, but we will work to complete each itinerary in a timely manner.  We will be in frequent communication with you so you will know what to expect.
  • How do I contact Live Travel during my holiday?  We respond promptly by emails and texts during off-hours.  Things may occur during daylight at your current destination but it could be 4 am at our home base.  We will be in contact with you as soon as we are able to ensure the continued enjoyment of your vacation.
  • Does Live Travel have liability insurance?  We carry professional liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence.  The US suppliers whom we work with are members of the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA).  They are insured for $1,000,000 to compensate clients should bankruptcy is involved while holding a booking deposit.
  • Why Live Travel?  Reservations are the result of what any person could do.  It is not our purpose.  Our service to you focuses on advice, guidance, protection, advocacy, support, and relationships with suppliers to help with your holiday planning.  We curate each itinerary with a focus on your values and interests so no one itinerary is the same.  The design of each trip is to provide you with bespoke experiences that are authentic, unique, and meaningful.  We feel you have a tremendous investment in money and time that you deserve only the best experiences.  In doing so, we do not compromise quality in our recommendations.  We are not looking to just make a sale but to create a relationship with you and with a hope, that living legacy for you through memories of travel.
